I HEARD THE TOUR IS POSTPONED DUE TO COVID-19. NOW WHAT?

August 21 - The current restrictions around mass gatherings as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic are top of mind for everyone, and both Piper and X1 Entertainment want to be absolutely sure that the safety and health of every attendee is prioritized.

 

We have made the decision to postpone the tour a bit, just until it’s safe out there. Frankly, we feel like taking any other course of action would be irresponsible.

 

Fear not, Piper is as excited as ever to get on the road and see all of her fans across the country in person! We will be rescheduling the tour to play as soon as possible and EVERYONE’S CURRENT TICKET WILL BE GOOD FOR THE RESCHEDULED SHOWS. There is no need for you to do anything except stay safe, stay healthy, and sit back and wait until the new dates are announced. 

 

We don’t have a crystal ball to predict the future, but we think we’ll probably be announcing the rescheduled dates later this year and that the tour will happen early 2021. It may be sooner, it may be later, but one thing you can be sure of is that we won’t put anyone at risk - and your ticket will remain valid the entire time. With this extra time, we promise to deliver you the experience of a lifetime that will be well worth the wait. 

 

If you are unable to make the rescheduled dates once they are announced, you have nothing to worry about and will be able to get a full refund. That process will take place AFTER THE RESCHEDULED DATES ARE ANNOUNCED and we’ll provide more detail on that process at that time. We will not be able to process any refunds until that happens. 

 

Until we see you at the shows, be safe out there – we’re in this together.

What precautions are being taken due to covid?

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, municipalities and jurisdictions across the country have implemented rigorous safety guidelines. In keeping with our philosophy that the safety and health of our fans and talent is our top priority, we will be fully complying with the most stringent guidelines and implementing the following guidelines at all X1 shows with immediate effect until further notice:

  • Each attendee must wear a mask at all times

  • We are reducing the capacity of all shows to ensure the ability for all fans to maintain safe social distancing. It is your responsibility as a fan to make sure you are practicing safe social distancing. Please be respectful of others and their space.

  • For meet & greet tickets:

    • No physical touching of the artist is allowed at any time please

    • Please do not attempt to hand anything to the artist, they will not be able to accept it. You may show any gifts you have to the artist, and then hand them to a crew member. The crew member will ensure safe-keeping, cleaning, and delivery of all gifts to the artist after the show.

    • We will be pre signing all posters in advance to make sure you can still get an autograph. Miscelanious such as phone cases, tickets, and clothing cannot be signed

DO PARENTS NEED A TICKET?

A parent/guardian must possess a general admission ticket to accompany their child to the show. If your child has a Backstage BBY, All Access VIP, or meet & greet ticket, parents may select to purchase a general admission ticket to accompany their child during the experience. Parents are not required to purchase a VIP but they must possess a general admission ticket.

**Please note, if all general admission tickets are sold out, parents will be required to purchase a meet & greet ticket.

CAN I UPGRADE A TICKET THAT I'VE ALREADY PURCHASED?

If you've already purchased a ticket but want to upgrade it, the best way to do that would be to make a new purchase for all tickets you plan to use on the day of the show. Once you do that, send us an email via the CONTACT section of our website letting us know you want to upgrade your ticket and have already made the second purchase. At that point, we will refund your first order entirely. Your first order will be void and those tickets will not scan if you try to use them. All refunds take 24-48 hours to hit your account. 

 

I BOUGHT A TICKET. WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

Let’s start at the beginning.

Please arrive at the venue no later than the time listed in the ticket description. If you or your child has a Backstage BBY or All Access VIP ticket, you will meet Piper BEFORE the show. Please check the description on the website for exact timing.

If you or your child have a Meet & Greet ticket, when you arrive, you’ll line up outside the venue and be given a colored wristband. Please note, only meet & greet ticket holders will receive a wristband. Parents can accompany their child in the meet & greet line. A family that attends a show together, stays together throughout the experience, no matter what tickets are purchased.

It is the responsibility of the ticket holders to check the weather the day of the event and come prepared with water, sunscreen, umbrellas, etc.

 

I PURCHASED A “MEET & GREET + ADMISSION” TICKET, WHEN WILL I GET MY MEET AND GREET?

The order in which you arrive at the venue will determine your place in line for your post-show meet & greet. Reminder, meet & greet ticket holders will meet the creator AFTER the show. The Backstage BBY and All Access VIP ticket holders meet the talent BEFORE the show and have the shortest wait time.

 

WHAT IS THE WAIT TIME I CAN EXPECT IF I HAVE A “MEET & GREET + ADMISSION” TICKET?

Typically we have three to five different color wristbands for the meet & greet ticket holders. Below is an average wait time you can expect to experience after the conclusion of the show. This estimated wait time is helpful when determining your pickup time at the venue. Important note, these times are not exact, this is an estimate.

Color 1: wait time post-show > 30 minutes

Color 2: wait time post-show > 60 minutes

Color 3: wait time post-show > 80 minutes

Color 4: wait time post-show > 100 minutes

Color 5: wait time post-show > 120 minutes

 

HOW MUCH TIME DO I GET DURING THE “MEET & GREET + ADMISSION” TICKET?

For “Meet & Greet + Admission” ticket holders you can expect to receive one photo and one autograph in front of a step-and-repeat. Our on-site staff will take your photo using your camera or phone.

In order to keep the line organized and time allotment fair for all ticket holders, meet and greets will be restricted to what is promised on our website: one photo and one autograph only. We also do not allow selfies for these ticket buyers. If you want more personal time and more photos with the creator, it may be best to purchase an All Access VIP ticket.

 

HOW LONG IS THE SHOW?

The show varies in length from 40-60 minutes.  We advise to check in with the specific venue to see if it is a seated or standing room.

I BOUGHT A TICKET BUT MY PLANS HAVE CHANGED AND I CANNOT ATTEND ANYMORE. CAN I GET A REFUND?

Unfortunately not – all sales are final.

If the show gets postponed or cancelled, will i get my money back?
If the show is unable to happen due to Covid-19, we will look to postpone the event. All tickets previously purchased, will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If the show gets cancelled, you will receive a refund.
